Please read these terms before using the website. They describe the basis on which the website is made available. They do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work or other agreement for a project or software product.

Descriptions of services, portfolio examples and budget ranges are information about our work. Sending an enquiry, choosing a budget range or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not create a project agreement, reserve availability or guarantee a particular price or result.

A project requires agreement on its scope and commercial terms. Fees, taxes, milestones, payment, cancellation, revisions, deliverables, licensing and ownership are addressed in the relevant project agreement. Those agreed terms govern the project.

This public website does not provide a checkout or accept payment-card details. Please do not include payment credentials or confidential access details in a contact message.

You may browse the website, share links to its public pages and contact us for legitimate enquiries. Please use the website lawfully and respect the rights of others.

• Do not attempt unauthorised access to accounts, administration tools, systems or information.
• Do not introduce malicious code, interfere with availability or bypass security or request limits.
• Do not submit spam, impersonate another person or provide information you are not authorised to share.

Portfolio examples may include client work and third-party names, marks or materials. Those materials remain subject to their relevant ownership, licensing and contractual arrangements. Their display does not grant visitors rights to use them or imply endorsement beyond what is expressly stated.

Ownership of custom project deliverables, reusable tools, pre-existing materials and third-party components is determined by the relevant project agreement and applicable rights. These website terms do not transfer a client’s intellectual property to us.

You are responsible for the information you choose to submit and for having permission to share it. We may use an enquiry and its contents to review your request, communicate with you and discuss the requested services. Submission does not give us ownership of your underlying intellectual property.

Please arrange a suitable confidentiality agreement and secure sharing method before providing highly confidential project materials. The public form is intended for initial enquiries.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Newsletter sign-up is separate from a contact enquiry, and you can withdraw your request for updates as described in that policy.

The website may link to social networks, client websites and other services. We do not control those sites or their availability, content, privacy practices or terms. Review their policies before providing information or using their services.

Infrastructure and service providers help deliver this website. Their involvement does not make them parties to a project agreement between you and Ismael Tang.
